TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
PLEASE NOTE THAT DEPOSITS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ALTERNATIVE DATES
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable at time of booking.
A deposit equal to the first nights stay per person per booking is required. If a 1 night booking is made then full payemnt will be required in advance. Deposits may be paid by Cheque or Credit/Debit Card. All deposits are non-refundable. Unpaid/returned cheques will incur a charge of £10.00. Please note that deposits cannot be transferred to the balance payable on arrival should the number in the party reduce nor can it be transferred to a date other than the date originally booked.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron cards. All Credit/Debit card payments will attract a surcharge of £2.00 per transaction. Amounts of £150.00 and above will attract a charge of 2.5%. We can only accept one Credit/Debit card per party.
All accounts must be settled in cash on arrival. Should you wish to pay by cheque please remit at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Rooms are available for check in from 12 midday. If an earlier arrival is planned we can store your luggage, by prior arrangement, until such time as your room is ready. All rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to avoid payment for an extra day. If a later travel time is planned we have limited facilities for storing your luggage. Rooms not claimed by 7pm will be re-let unless prior arrangement for late arrival is made.
Prices quoted in the price list are subject to change. However, once your deposit has been received and your booking confirmed back to you the price quoted will not change unless you alter your booking. Any alterations to bookings must be received in good time.
In the event of any cancellations not received two weeks prior to arrival date, and the room not being re-let, the person in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover these eventualities.
Prices include full cooked breakfast. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken. No refund will be given for any premature departures.
Children are charged as follows:-
Children under 5 accompanied by two Adults first child goes free. Children under 12 accompanied by two Adults are charged at half price. Children accompanied by a single Adult will be charged full price.
Child prices are valid subject to the above and up to the age of 12.
Single occupancy of a Double room will attract a supplement of £10.00 per night.
Bank Holidays, New Year and Illuminations carry a minimum stay of 2 nights.
We do not cater for Stag or Hen parties. Single sex parties are limited to a maximum of 4 people.
It is a condition of booking that all guests conduct themselves in a responsible manner so as not to cause disturbance or annoyance to other guests. The management reserve the right to terminate any persons contract should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable. Any breakages or damage to property will be made good and the cost charged to the person in whose name the booking was made.
